I'm new to this site but not to NLP. I've been to a few NLP experiences over the years - all with or involving Richard Bandler, John La Valle, Michael Neill, Paul McKenna and Michael Breen.
As a result I think I've been rewarded with as good a basis for the skills of NLP as it's possible to get.
I reckon to use some aspect of NLP so frequently I don't know I'm doing so until afterwards sometimes. This leaves me with the conviction that messers Bandler, Mckenna et al have done their job well.
How do you experience NLP?
